FollowUpInvoice is an AI-powered invoice management and payment reminder platform for freelancers and small businesses. Features include invoice creation, automated payment reminders, client management, and payment processing integrations.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
- One person may not maintain more than one free account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Send spam or unsolicited communications through the platform.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.

5. Payment & Subscriptions
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
- All payments are processed securely through LemonSqueezy.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FollowUpInvoice and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your data remains your property.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FollowUpInvoice shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
